Who publishes this

From Chat to Agent is published by Simplixity Holding SAS, a Colombian commercial company. For anything about these terms or your data, write to hello@simplixity.co.

What you get

Access to the 11 modules of the course, in English and Spanish, at no cost. Updates to the course are included. It does not include an instructor, a cohort, personalized support, or a certificate accredited by an educational institution. You receive a completion record.

What it costs

Nothing. The course is free and complete. We do not ask for a card and we never charge you later.

What we ask in return

The entry form: first name, last name, industry, email and WhatsApp. Company is optional. That opens the whole course.

What we do with your data

We use it to give you the course and to write to you about Simplixity and its services. We do not sell it or hand it to third parties for their own marketing. We store it in Supabase, our database provider.

Your rights over your data

Colombian Law 1581 of 2012. At any time you may ask us to show, update, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@simplixity.co. We answer within the terms the law sets.

Permitted use

The content belongs to Simplixity Holding SAS. You may use it to learn and for your work. Reselling or redistributing it, in whole or in part, as your own product is not permitted.

What we do not promise

This course teaches you to use AI tools. It does not promise a business outcome, an income, a job, or a professional certification.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its date.
